This whole journey started with a few relatives I was distantly related to and friends of the family. I grew up hearing the”family” lore about them, but then started to really do a “deep dive” into their lives. Fascinating facts and stories were found!

This research went on for a number of years, in addition to sharing these people’s stories with friends and relatives. It was finally time to setup a podcast to share with a wider audience. My content is from a wide variety – including original sources, online newspapers and some wonderful guests.

My longer term career has been as a Senior Project manager, and that skillset has been invaluable in the tasks of setting up a podcast series. I am currently involved developing Project Management course content focused on Risk Management. Please see my LinkedIn profile for further information.
